Refund Policy: All payments for Exclussive Dynamic Dance Company LLC are final and are not subject to a refund.
Once we receive your payment you should receive an email of the status of the payment.
By registering and paying for Exclussive Dynamic Dance Company classes, events, service and more I hereby allow EX. DDC to charge my credit card or bank card account for applicable fees incurred by me in connection with my contract and registration. The purpose of these rules and regulations of Exclussive Dynamic Dance Company LLC is to inform all dancers and clients of the studios rules and regulations. All rules are enforced and we encourage all parents to review all rules with their children so they are aware with what is expected. I further understand and agree that it is my responsibility to notify Exclussive Dynamic Dance Company LLC for any other changes due to paying tuition late or any other fees.

Tuition:
All tuition payments are due by the 7th of each month. If tuition has not been paid you will be charged a $25.00 late fee. If tuition is not paid students will be sat down until the tuition has been paid. A full months tuition is due even if class is missed for personal reasons and whether or not a makeup class was attended.

Sibling tuition will always be pro rated.(see the instructor)

General Information :
​
Arrive 5 minutes early so class can start on time.
​
Inform the instructors at all times if your child will not make it to class.
​
Arrive with the student in the proper class attire and ready to begin unless the child will be coming straight from school. (see the instructor)
​
No food,drinks, or bags are to be brought inside the studio on the dance floors. Please help us at all times to keep the facility clean.
​
EX.DDC Parents are not to watch any classes. Students are to be dropped off and picked up right after class.
​
Students are expected to be well behaved and to show respect at all times to their classmates, teachers and parents.
​
Students will be dismissed from class for unreasonable behavior or excessive absenteeism. There will be no tuition reimbursement for such occasions.
​
NO CELL PHONES in the classroom at any times.
​
Students are not to be permitted behind the desk for any reason.
​
Parents as well as dancers are to uphold the rules and regulations. Any disruptive or abusive behavior will be addressed immediately and possible dismissal from Exclussive Dynamic Dance Company.

It is a fundamental necessity for the teacher/ choreographer to have the time to work with the students; therefore all pupils are expected to meet a 80% minimum attendance. I agree to make communication between myself and the instructors of Exclussive Dynamic Dance Company as open as possible by providing an email address to be current. i agree of checking the email so that I may see any updates from my child's instructor.

Lateness Policy
Students are expected to arrive on time. Dance is a physical activity that requires the body to be completely warmed up in order to execute movement safely. Late students miss the proper warm-up and therefore may sustain an injury. Students that arrive 20 minutes late may be asked to observe and sit out the class for several reasons of health and safety issues.

Anti Bullying Policy
Exclussive DDC recognizes that every child has the right to enjoy a life free from bullying; therefore we will always take seriously all allegations of bullying and are committed to deal with it effectively when it does happen. It is our responsibility to work with our dancers as well as parents to prevent it from happening.

Competition Students
All competition students are hand selected by the Directors and other instructors and are placed accordingly. Competition students are held responsible to attend ALL selected classes. Students will only be excused for sickness, or school required functions. All students are to let the instructor know ahead of time on days that they will not be apart of class.
From time to time students are asked to additional performances other then competitions or recitals. All students and parents will be informed of these opportunities and are encouraged to take full advantage of them.
Photography Release
I the parent and student grant unrestricted rights to Exclussive Dynamic Dance Company/Ex KDD for the publishing of photographs or recordings of the student for commercials, promotions, competitions, or other purposes. Exclussive DDC reserves all rights to use pictures for advertising.
Privacy Agreement
Exclussive Dynamic Dance Company LLC is a private dance program. Any information provided in this dance program is confidential. We strive with a spirit of excellence and we maintain a safe atmosphere at the dance studio at all times. It is our responsibility and obligation to ensure that these standards are being met at all times. Exclussive DDC does not collect or share personal information at any time. Exclussive DDC reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time for the benefit of the business, staff, or students.
